actually my mom wants to switch to 2 government jobs, one is managing her petrol pump business as she is the head of it and the other is doing lectureship............she will manage to do both...but she needs to know whether a person can switch to two govermental jobs in INDIA at the same time???? she wants to kknow whether its legal or not???????????????please help everyone and let me know about this as soon as possible.............

In india, one person cannot hold two post as per our "Constitution of India" and also as per the Government Service Rules & Acts. So your mother has only only option to choose the best among the two Government Post. So holding two government post is unlawful, illegal and against the law and for which your mother will be punished, if later on found out by the Government Authorities. So suggest your mother to choose the best among the two government jobs which is suitable for her. ALL THE BEST.
