Coz I'm goin back to my country for an extended period of time, and for a personal reason(family prob.) yeah so pls help me out.it'l be appreciated

Contact human resources and tell them you are needing to go home for an extended period for family issues. They might be able to put you on an extended leave of absence in case you decide to come back. They can also give you guidelines on what needs to be done to resign.
When you write the letter just be brief and to the point, they only want a letter to show that you left voluntarily. Just say I resign as of (date) for personal reasons. Deliver it personally to your supervisor and explain your situation and ask what they need you to accomplish in your remaining time.
If you are going to need a rec commendation or try to come back to work in the future make sure that you are polite and try to accommodate them as best you can. |
