Horrible boss - What should i do??

I have 3 bosses but 1 off them is horrible to me...he shouts at me...swears and stomps about..we are supposed to work together but I just cannot bear to speak to him or look at him. I have got upset a couple of times due to him being horrible. I have a mortgage so I cannot just walk out. I have spoken to the other 2 directors and they know what he is like but havent really done anything about it. I am the only girl that works at the company...there are only 12 employees inc me so no HR department...What can I do???? I am desperate for some serious advice

People treat you the way you let them treat you. If the other bosses respect you, but he is disrespectful, then you need to train him how to behave. If he starts throwing a tantrum, treat him like a toddler. Either ignore his behavior or walk away. If he questions your actions, tell him, "I'll be glad to discuss this with you when you can behave in a respectful manner." Do not be rude or give him attitude. Treat him the way you want him to treat you.

If you act like you are a victim, you will become the victim. If you are so upset that you can no longer bear him, turn in your notice. Basically, stop letting him treat you bad. He may be a horrible person, but you need to let him know you deserve his respect.

Contact your local State Labor Relations department to see if they can help you. I've experienced this, and my heart is with you. It's awful to be in that position.

You wrote no specifics thus they do not legally need to explain if they get rid of you.

People forget that workers protection from managers and owners are a JOKE. At-Will Employment Contract and the Right-to-Work empowers to get rid of you any way they want. about ninety-six percent know what conditions to avoid so that you will not be able to sue them. To protect their image they use creative legal languange, otherwise, the courts would be filled with lawsuits for wrongful terminations that happen to 220,000 Americans annually.
