My employer scheduled me to wrok 2 hours next week. I live in MA dont thye have to pay me for at least 3 hours worth of work by law?
Thanks I know I read it some where, but I need to be certain before I see HR Keep in mind i work in MASS

Don't know about MA but in CA they have to pay for a minimum of 2 hours if you are scheduled to work.
Seems like MA would be the same. |

Not necessarily. Even if there was a rule, there is likely an exception. This situation could be one of those exceptions. |
