How can I calculate how many days off I have left?More info below..?

I am leaving my current company at the end of August. I still have 3 1/2 days off left, but my holiday entitlement runs from 10th October (that's when I started). How do I know how many days I can take without my company deducting money from me and without me losing holidays?

I am leaving my company at the end of this month. My holiday entitlement from October to September is 22 days. I still have 3 1/2 days left. Can I take any days off before I leave or would my company need to deduct me for it? I do not want to lose anyt days off either.We don't have a HR department here and there is nobody in the company I can ask, because I know they would say they do not owe me anything and will not give me any time off...so I would like to know the answer from somebody who is qualified.

how many days are you allowed to take every year from October to September?

well, if you say that you have 3 and a half days left then this is what's left from your allowance, isn't it?
check your company policy and see how many days you are entitled to in the first 6 months or 1st year.
every company is different. ask the HR department what is the total allowance per year and what you have left.
they will tell you the answer

you need to work it out as a percentage look at how may days you were first given say 20 hyperthetically devide tat by twelve months! and then take 2 months off as your leaving end of august thats how long you have left

It depends on the company's policy - but to work out your holiday entitlement to a set point within the holiday year it is usually either the annual entitlement (22) divided by 12 which will give you number of days per month multiplied by the number of complete months worked, or 22 divided by 52 multiplied by the number of complete weeks worked.
