My boss makes me work 6 days out of 7, I have no scheduled breaks or lunch time, Sometime I cant have my lunch as I am the only person working in the shop and I can't close the shop to allow me to have lunch, The same also apply's to toilet breaks, The shop I work in really should have a panic alarm due to the high volume of cash on the premises but my boss wont allow this also on one day off the week I have to run the shop on my own so it makes all of the above impossible, I do not want mt employer to know where this has came from due to fear of loosing my job.

In the U.S., in almost every state, what you have described is totally legal. |

Having you work 6 days a week, or even 7, isn't illegal so there's nobody to "report it" to.
You don't say where you are. In most US states, breaks and lunches aren't required - without knowing where you are, can't say if it's legal or not. |

The best solution is always to (1) get a new job and (2) then report them.
Anonymity is generally guaranteed for whistle blowers who are reporting for community reasons (rather than financial benefit). |

this is sooo illegal on so many levels. first point, if you are a sole employee and are not entitled to a lunch break, by LAW you have to be paid one additional hour of regular pay. i.e if you work 7 hrs, you have to be paid for 8 that day...number two, if you report someone, you cannot be fired for it. it is federally illegal to retaliate against an employee, i suggest calling the whistleblower's hotline at 1-800-952-5225 |

My company wont take us a 30 minutes lunch break and yet they tell us to report breaks on our time sheets when handing them in.Also if we need to stay over to take care of the customers they wont pay us for that hours and yet they tell us we need to stay over and take care of the customers.
