How can i find out if my michigan unemployment marvin certification worked? ?

I called Marvin on Wednesday at my correct time and answered all the questions and at the very end i wanted it to repeat the questions back to me one more time so i pressed "0" and i said invalid entry or something like that so i just pressed "1" so i could continue and then it just said goodbye so i tried to call back because it didn't tell me my benefit amount or when i will receive it on my MI UI. Debit card and when i did it said i was already certified and to call back in two weeks on my next date so now when i call marvin and go to the inquiry part and select when it tells you your benefit amount it tells me there is no current payments on this claim so what does this mean? this is my first time doing this so i am a little confused on what is happening. every time i call the inquiry number or any other number its either busy or takes me nowhere.. somebody anybody PLEASE HELP ME!!!

You have to call the inquiry number.........no other way........be prepared for a long wait if you get through at all..........only way...you have to keep calling....sorry.........Michigan has the highest unemployment in the country...........
