How can i tell my boss off, without getting fired?

so, I have this manager at my job who tends to get on my last nerves. she walks around thinking she's the ****! and honestly, she uses her manager position to take advantage of those people below her. I need a way to let her know to back off and go **** herself....but i need to do it in a way in which i wont get fired. cause I'm getting to the point where I'm about ready to kick her ***. and hopefully she'll get the hint...and then maybe other people will get along with her....cause of right now, nobody at my job can stand her.

Ok, the last answer was STUPID. The asker of this question did not ask for a new job. When you read off of this website, perhaps you should READ the QUESTION and stop trying to promote sites that really dont help very much! What an idiot. Did he say "How can I tell my boss off without getting fired" or did he say "I'm looking for money off the internet?" Oh jeez stupidity irritates me!

Back to your original question sir, I agree with the previous statement made that informed you to act sweet and innocent and be as poltie and friendly to her as possible. But take it a step farther. When she goes on a break, be right there with her. Not all the time, but make it a point to be her best friend. Buy her a gift. Ask her how she is, how her day is going, talk to her at lunch about the most boring thing ever. Talk to her about trees. Who wants to hear about trees? No one. Talk to her about her shoes, tell her you love them and you want to buy a pair for your wife. Ask her what kind of car she has, where did it come from, where did she get it? Talk to her about the corn crop this year and how horrible it was. Be boring. Be persistent. Be Consistent. But be friendly, nice, polite and warm. One of two things will happen, I guarentee it.

1) She will think you are the most weird and boring person ever, and she will be begging you to leave her alone.

-or-

2) She will see you are nice, sweet and really dont care how she treats you, and she might very well become a decent friend. You may actually find a common ground with her. Unfortunately, it's not what you know in this world, it's who you know. This would be an asset. But if you have no interest in this, follow step one. For sure!

I also would like to point out you have every right to treat her the way she treats you outside of the workplace, like if you bump into her at the gas station or the grocery store. But I would only apply this tactic if you choose to ignore the first one that I mentioned(being nice)

Put your head down and get to work. Be the best employee in the company. Hustle. Get work done. Do a better job than anybody there. Before long you'll be telling HER what to do and can fire her if you think that she is not good for the future of the company.

I always find it useful to be as sickning sweet as possible to people like that. She wants you to hate her, she wants you to dislike working under her and be miserable. By acting as if nothing is wrong and being super sweet, you will drive her NUTS! Been there and done that...She will get the hint :)
