How do you get a work permit?

im only 15, and the places i applied at accept underage employees, but a work permit is required. HELP!

You go to City Hall with your birth certificate. You walk out with the permit and you can work the same day. School counselors also have them at most schools..

Go to your High School guidance counselors office. They have the forms required to get a work permit. Your parents will need to sign and then just return to your guidance counselor. You will either receive in the mail or the guidance counselor will tell you when to return to his/her office to pick it up.
