you need to read your employee manual, usually a verbal or two then final written, but depending on the infraction no warring maybe given, resulting in termination for one infraction |

Verbal warning-Can be issued without having a disciplinary and will stay on your file for 6-12 months.
Written warning-Is the outcome (or punishment if you want) of a disciplinary hearing,again will stay on your file
Final written warning-Issued if you re-offend and proven guilty within the time the written warning is on your file.
After the final written warning was issued and you re-offend and proven guilty within the above time periods then you are likely to be dismissed,again only as an outcome of a disciplinary hearing. |
