How hard would it be to start a solo bankruptcy practice straight out of law school?
Find answers to your legal question.

How hard would it be to start a solo bankruptcy practice straight out of law school?

Also, a wealthy relative has agreed to pay the rent for both my house and my office, as well as office supplies and advertising for a full year. So it's not as if I need to make THAT much the first year.

Is this the kind of think that I could figure out with form books and software or should I work in a firm first? Also, could I mainly do Chapter 7's or do I really need to do all kinds to stay afloat? I'm licensed in Mississippi if that helps.
Additional Details
My diction looks fine to me. Also, it's a little ironic to have my diction criticized by someone who can't even spell realize correctly.

i dont know Mississippi law but i work for an atty in Ohio and we do ch 7 along with other things (look into consumer law). I would suggest ch 7 b/c most cases are fairly easy and you can get your money upfront. My boss charges a $900 fee and then w/e the bankruptcy court fee is. (its like $275 in ohio). But don't be fooled by how much office costs are. We pay about $1000 a month for 3 phone book ads that are only 1/4 page each and less. And you'll have to buy and maintain Bestcase (the bky software)...so it sounds like its a good deal but just becareful b/c it is overly expensive if you ask me...and you'll probably want to hire a paralegal or assistant and PAY THEM WELL!

You have passed your Bar Exam? god help us if the diction in your question is typical of your communication skills.
If you want to go into practise, you just hang out a shingle and put an ad in the paper to say you are open for business. My advice to you is, try to get experience in a practise that specialises in bankruptcy. I can tell you that it is not an easy option. Unless you have a excellent head for detail and I do mean excellent, then this speciality may not be for you. You do need to be up to date with the fraud law of your state, money laundering and all sorts of legal nuances that you will only have touched on at law school. It is a very difficult field to start out in with no experience.
