Please bear in mind that the general principles of contract apply whether it is for employment, providing contractual services or for supply of goods, etc.
In the case of an employment contract, the offer moves from the employer who must state the terms of the offer which the candidate or potential employee may accept. These terms contain the hours of work, nature of work, salaries and benefits and other employment related terms. Where all the terms are not given then the provisions of industrial law will be enforced which protect the rights and duties of the employer and the employee |
