You have three months after the last incident. Don't wait - see a solicitor or check with the Equality Commission if you think it's a discrimination case.
You can always take the case yourself. Spend a day at your local Industrial Tribunal and see what goes on. |

Hi you only have 3 months from leaving employment to take your employer to a tribunal but you will find if you did not work their for 2 years then the tribunals will recommend you go to arbitration as the Tribunal wont ruel in your favour |

You will need to raise your complaint with your employer (by appealing against a dismissal or raising a grievance if you still work for them. The comments about 3 months are correct, however in some cases this can be extended to 6 in discrimination cases. If you are a member of a trade union you should contact them straight away. |

Need more information Colin. If you have left employment, then for most cases the limit is 3 months, but it depends on what your grievance is and whether you are still employed with the company - it could be longer than 3 months or have no limit at all. |
