How long does an employer in Ohio have to give you your last paycheck after you are terminated?

My daughter worked for a restaurant and was fired do to excessive tardiness. Its been over 6 weeks and still has not received her final check. They have told her that its been mailed twice and the manager claims he personally put it in her mailbox. She has never received it. They owe her for about 50 hours. She is a college student and really needs this money. What does she need to do to get the money that is owed to her?
Additional Details
She has gone to the place several times and she's always been told they will call her later. I told her she needs to contact the corporate office and the the DOL..

It is illegal to put anything in someones mailbox. Only the resident and the post office can do that. She should have got her check on the normal pay period. Either the manager is lying or the mailman took the letter out of the mailbox as he is legally required to do.

In Ohio, the employer is required to pay the last pay check on the next normal pay cycle. Instead of relying on them sending it to her (which there is obviously problems with) she needs to request to pick it up.
