Hi I work 4 days a week in a pub/resteraunt wed 6pm-10pm fri 10:30 - 6 sat 11-6 and sun 4-10 I recently booked just over 2 weeks holiday 9 days in total my hourly rate is £5.52 p/h. How much holiday pay should i recieve? Is it my normal weeks pay for both weeks? Also somtimes i dont work my entire shift if it is quiet i get to go early does this affect my pay? I ask because i think my employer is trying to pay me less than im entitled, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks. Also for the 2 evening shifts i have should i be paid till closing hours on the license for the pub which is normally 11:00pm? Thanks. Noodz

I started new job jan this year, my employers agreed to my months holiday at interveiw in dec 2010, this last week my 40 hours have been reduced to 20 hours, and now my employer is telling me I will only get holiday pay on part time money is this correct. I will be off mid dec 2011 to mid jan 2012
