You may as well ask how much money people with graduate degrees make daily because it is the same answer which is to say there is no answer. It runs the whole gamut. Depending on what kind of law a lawyer practices and whether he does it as an employee of a company or as an employee or partner in a law firm or as a government job, a lawyer can make as little as a dollar a day and as much as over $10,000 dollars a day. |

We have WAY TOO MANY Lawyers - we have a GLUT of Attorneys!
So even IF you would finish law school, you probably won't be able to find a job when you are done. |

figure all pay like this. $5 an hour is $10,000 a year. 10 an hour 20K a year. (you work 50 weeks in a year 40 hours a weel, 2000 hrs)
so if a lawyer laughed at me for sayimg he made 100,000 a year, that'd be $50 an hour. 8 hours in a day, 400 a day. that does not mean he would word ALL 8 hours. or all 5 days a week. but that is an easy formula and accurate as your guess at yearly wage. 250,000 a yr, 125 an hour, 8 hours, $1grand a day. not bad... but then you have so much money you have to pay taxes. make $10 an hour, you hardly pay taxes!! |
