How much should I pay for a lawyer to write a contract for me?

I need investors for a small business. I want a good contract to protect them and myself? Who to call and how much to pay?

Your best bet is to call any associates that might be able to recommend a lawyer they've personally used. If they don't know anyone, I'd try the yellowpage and try to find a lawyer that specialized in contracts. Lawyers are expensive; ours is $420 an hour.
