How to get over being fired from a job because someone lied and cheated behind your back?

Sorry this happened to you, but on the other hand be glad you're no longer there. If your supervisor took the word of someone else, without asking for your side of the story, that's not a place you'd like to work for. That coworker could have been kissing up. Plenty of that going around-unfortunately.

I'm sorry you didn't write in before this happened to you; otherwise you would have gotten some advice and perspective on how to deal with a backstabber/difficult coworker.

Try looking at it this way: you're now more aware as to how human nature works (in some people). It'll put you on your guard in your next job.

On your next job, just vitually sit back and observe others. Don't let your guard down. Assume there are cliques and kiss-ups. Every office has one, or a few who try, and even succeed in making others miserable, and/or cause trouble. Even how they walk can give you clues. Also keep in mind: just because you don't see people talking to each other does not mean they're not calling each other on weekends/after work/holidays.

I've been there with a lying, scheming, backstabbing coworker. Didn't let her get to me because I ignored her.

Good luck

I find that the easiest way to get over things like this and bad things in general is to think about the bigger picture.

If you think about your life as a whole and assume that you will live until 75 (or an average age). Then think about over that time, how many different jobs you will have (a few I gather, I'm only 22 and I've had 4 full time jobs), now think about when your on your death bed.....

Will you really be thinking about that time someone lied and cheated and got you fired?

I'd hope not.
