If I wanted to make around 300,000 a year in Law what would I have to do? I do not plan on getting married and can handle stress well, I do not have much of a problem working long hours as long as I am getting compensated well.
I have a friend who is a Corporate attorney who does insurance or something for a supermarket but he makes around 320 a year and theres only around 20 people in the firm. I have looked into medicine as a possible career choice but I don't think I would stand a chance. Either business or law for me. I am in high school by the way.

I think its a bad idea to pick a job based off salary.
Pick a job you want and then work hard to earn the best salary at the job.
Also, it depends on where you live. a $300k a year job is easier to find in NYC or LA, but you'll pay more for rent/food/utilities etc.
A lower paying job in another city might leave you with more disposable income. |

I suggest that you speak with your friend and find out what he had to do to get to the 320 mark. There are not many attorneys who make that just practicing law. |
