Human Resource Managers: Conversation Noise Levels at Unacceptable Business Client Service Levels

Human Resource Managers have a question? There is this girl that I work with that is always VERY loud. All of her conversations are at unacceptable business client service levels and she uses her conversations to bully other employees and intimidate them and spread gossip. Several people have spoken to her manager without success. She and her manager are friends outside work. How can someone escalate this issue and get it resolved quickly since it seems to be falling on "deaf" ears? Pun intended.

Be careful. This person may have more going for here than you are aware of . She could be very productive or someone that upper management likes as well.

I have seen many occasions where the complainer finds themselves outside and the person being complained about goes on.

Legally you have no standing. And from the perspective of an employer, I would not be ecstatic that you brought this forward.

discuss the issue with the managers supervisor or your own HR department. this is an issue for the business to deal with as they see fit.
