I was born and raised in the US my whole life and decided to travel and ended up doing my BA in South America and then doing my Grad Degree in International Law in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. I want to go back home and live in New York. So my question is, what kind of job can I look for since my Law Degree is not from an accredited institution but my LLM is?

most likely you will need to translate and confirm your degree. you should consult with any university or college, and they usually refer you to the companies that do that. and also they can tell you if there is more you need to earn a degree here...
may be just pass the bar, which you will have to get ready for in order to have license here in US, but if you already have a good education, it would be a matter of a little learning.
