In California, I'm paid 11 days after a 2 week payroll period ends. Is this legal? Weeks ending 10-10 & 10-17 are paid on 10-28 etc. I referred to the CA Labor web site at;
http://www.dir.ca.gov/dlse/FAQ_Paydays.html
Should I call them on it. They are not a California company.

The law states that an employer must post their pay dates for employees to see, and they must abide by those pay dates and pay the employees on time and by that scheduled date. No, it's not ok for them to pay late. |
