everyone i work with sees it. they always tell me to do something about it. i don't know what do.

I would start with the manager who is harassing you and explain to them how you feel.How they respond will determine what you do next.If nothing changes, it is best to work through the chain of command.If you have a legitimate harassment complaint take it to their supervisors. DO NOT let it be a complaint about getting all the bad assignments and your coworkers don't have to do the same. Make sure you are doing your job and your manager is out of line. Give them time to correct the problem.The alternative is find another job. Good luck |

Well you need to contact HR first and let then know what is going on, if that does not stop the harassment or if it gets worse you need to contact the EEOC and file a complaint. They cannot retaliate against you if you file a compliant.

I would contact an attorney and ask them for advice. I would then contact the corporate office (or owner) and inform them of what has been happening and the actions that you wish them to follow through with or you will be handling this in a court room. |
