In the UK i believe the law states that if you have worked for a company over 2 years you are entitled to full benefits. In my opinion you would be entitled to holiday pay dependent upon when the holiday period runs from it will be pro rata. As another member said it would be a good idea to check your contract. you are entitled to claim outstanding holiday allowance.
how much would depend on when your holiday leave starts and finishes as its calculated prorata.
most companies will allow you to deduct the outstanding holiday entitlement from your notice period. ie if you are owed 2 weeks holiday, you just work 2 weeks notice instead of 4. |

They can insist that you take the holiday before you leave. If there is not enough time left to take your full allowance, the rest would be paid to you. |

It depends on how the holiday year runs.If holidays run Jan to Jan then you'll probably get no holiday pay as the holiday year has just started.Most companies work on so many days per month.Find out when your holiday year starts and then work it out from there. i.e. If you're halfway through the holiday year then you're entitled to half of your total holiday time as pay. |
