I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I was injured once in North Carolina when a truck backed over my left foot at work. My employer attempted to settle with me fast because they knew it wasn't my fault. I called a recommended accident lawyer in my area who gave me useful advice and I was able to get a decent settlement to cover my medical bills that weren't covered by my work insurance. I know you are joking, but you need a law degree from an accredited law school, pass the bar exam in that state and a job.
