WA labor laws:
http://www.lni.wa.gov/WorkplaceRights/TeenWorkers/default.asp
Hours of work:
http://www.lni.wa.gov/WorkplaceRights/TeenWorkers/Hours/default.asp
and:
http://apps.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=296-125
You should be paid for your overtime hours. If you are a drop out, I don't think there are weekly hour restrictions.
What happens if a minor is not enrolled in school?
http://apps.leg.wa.gov/WAC/default.aspx?cite=296-125-0267
Did your parents or legal guardian certify your non-enrollment?

I am wondering if i still get paid for my overtime hours
probably not since this employer does not follow any other law concerning minor employment. being a drop out does not exempt you from most of the labor laws for minors.
regardless of age and the number of other violations by law you should be paid overtime but with an employer such as this who knows (you might not get any pay) |

In ohio, when i was 17 i was able to work like an 18+ year old because i had graduated high school and was considered an adult. i did not need a work permit. i didn't get the special break times minors got and i worked near 80 hours a week. did you drop out of school, or are a graduate? it all varies by state. |
