If i arrange an unpaid internship, say for 2 days per week (in total less than 16 hours) will this affect my JSA?

You can do voluntary work, but it needs to be for a registered charity. There is no limit on the hours you can do as a volunteer.
If it is not a registered charity, your JSA could be affected, as the employer would be expected to pay you.
Your availability will also need to be amended on your Jobseeker's Agreement. At present, you will be available to start work immediately. It will be at a week's notice if you are doing voluntary work.
