I was wondering if anyone can tell me some of the VERY basic, common law knowledge that most people don't know?

Example:
-How to start a court case
-How much $ required to start one
-What age can you start a case

And just other things about law. Maybe some links for beginners, etc.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

There a books for Dummies or the Idiot's Guide et ie Auto Repair for Dummies. Try those. The basics to a tort (lawsuit) are a duty owed , a duty broken and harm done. The filing fees vary from state and 18 I think. I would look in court records for a similar case and use it as a template.
