I am job hunting as most of you probably are..?
Find answers to your legal question.

I am job hunting as most of you probably are..?

But my question is, why does it seem that employers have a blase attitude towards people who want to work? For example, whenever I go to an employer to submit a resume they will say, "You need to submit your resume online" as if to say that they don't want to know anything about that "future employee"....geesh

i guess it all depends on where you are going. what kind of work are you looking for and where have you tried. yes alot of buisness do want you to submit stuff online, it just makes it easier for them

I think it is because of employer liability for having to (HR) select candidates the exact same way, consistently, and in the same manner - lest they appear unfair or discriminatory.

I am just guessing, but I believe that is what an HR rep would tell you.
