I would not look into this type of college for paralegal. Your paralegal school should be ABA-approved and there are no approved solely online schools. Try to find a school near you that is on campus AND approved.

Also, be aware that you need experience upon graduating. I am starting an approved school in the Fall and it does have an internship, so I will have that to add to my resume.

The last thing you want to do is spend a lot of $ and not be able to use the degree.

My mom knows someone who is going to a school that is not approved and costs almost 15,000 dollars. My school is one-third of that cost and is a much better program.

WARNING: Jobs in the field of Law are drying up FAST!!! This is NOT a good field to invest in right now. Reasons: very bad economy, thanks to the WWWeb everyone thinks they can do their own legal work, law schools (including those that train legal support staff like paralegals) are churning out WAY TOO MANY graduates than this country can support.

You'll get a "Certificate" as a "Paralegal", but you won't be able to find a job. Besides, law offices really aren't interested in candidates that have gained "Certificates" from distance-learning programs. Employers want candidates that have a degree.

Suggestion: Go into the field of healthcare <<< LOTS of jobs there!
