Hi.. I'm sorry if this isn't the place where i'm supposed to put this but i didn't know where.. I have a little problem with my mom employers.. They are really mean to the employees including my mom who has worked for them for 14-15 years... They yell at the poor people for no reason and they even control them about the bathroom.. I mean when someone has to go, they have to go.. They even told them, don't drink too much water so you won't have to go to the bathroom.. It's like they can't go more than 2 times and working more than 8 hrs... I wanted to report them or something but i don't know where.. Does anyone have any advise.. Thank You..

If I remember correctly an employer has to allow you 3 breaks during an eight hour shift, 2 paid 15min breaks and 1 unpaid lunch. They're strict at my work but if you gotta go, you gotta go and it's hazardous to your health to hold it. Hope I helped a little

what you described is not illegal, maybe not nice but not illegal,breaks are not governed by any federal law and only a few states make provisions for breaks
