Unless you are a contract worker don't waste your time on a Lawyer they can fire you at anytime, for anything, save a few discrimination issues.

I don't think the method of terminiation is a requirement, but I believe you have to be told the grounds for your dismissal. |

Probably, and maybe, but not likely. It depends on why you were fired. See an attorney if you think you were wrongly terminated. Those types of cases are expensive and hard to win. |
