I have 2 full time jobs and don't want either company to find out about the other. Is there any way one could find out about the other, through taxes or credit report, etc? thanks

There wouldn't typically be a reason for a current employer to do background checks on their current employees.
However, if you have signed a non competition agreement with either employer, and you are violating it or are doing extremely stupid things like taking one companies database of customers/clients over to the other company, you will be in far more trouble than you realize.
if you are just working two jobs, where there is no conflict of interest, then don't worry about it. A conflict of interest could also mean something like you are working for both companies who are on opposing sides of a major business take over, and you have inside information that you are feeding to both parties....that type of thing, which is called a breach of fiduciary duty would be very bad. |
