You can take political science in high school (as I recall, I took that in my junior or senior year). English/writing skills would be good too.

WARNING: Jobs in the field of Law are drying up FAST!!! This is NOT a good field to invest in!!! Reasons? There are simply WAY TOO MANY lawyers (Associate Justice Antonin Scalia of the U.S. Supreme Court says we have too many attorneys practicing.), very bad economy, today too many people (mistakenly) think they can do their own legal work thanks to the Internet, there are WAY TOO MANY law schools (and this includes those that train legal support professionals such as legal secretaries and paralegals) today churning out WAY TOO MANY graduates for the economy and the demand (but the law schools won't tell you this - law students are easy money).
Suggestion: Go into the field of Healthcare!!! <<< LOTS of jobs there! and scholarships!
