I work in the billing,account receivables ,collections thing like that and i need a job and don;t really wanna change up on my career goals.

What you want to avoid is being forced to answer the question of whether you have been convicted until the case is expunged. In most states, expungement gives you the legal right to say you were not convicted. Until that happens, answering that question may be putting yourself in a position to disqualify yourself or lie.
Maybe you can start getting applications and filling them out now. Then return them all after your case is expunged. |

I would look for work now. Most employers want to know if you have been convicted of a felony...since yours is a misdemeanor then you should be fine. |
