I think to practice law in America you would need to study law in America, why not practice law in Ireland?

If you get any student law magazines you often find details of the US Bar Exam which is a compulsory requirement for lawyers in the US. Normally you get a job with a US law firm as an intern or similar and then study for the bar exam whilst you are getting experience. I think you can also study for the bar exam at college and then get a job.

You have to study law in America, even if you are qualified in England you have to retrain if you want to do it in Scotland as Scottish law is different from English law.

U can only practice law in Massachutes and NY in the United states if you didn't study law in America since those are the only states that will allow a forigener to sit for the bar. In order to pratice law in American you need a B.A. then a law degree and then you need to pass the bar (if you don't pass the bar can't pratice law)
