I' ve worked for 1 day but I don't like the job, I just want to leave, I don't feel like going there and explaining my reason, I just want to leave, what happens If I don't give a notice? I haven't signed a contract but only the papers for the security training and the medical check....

It is a simple 'job abandonment'. They should pay you for the hours you worked that pay cycle at the normal paycheck issue date. They will probably mail it to you.
It would be courteous to let them know that you won't be back though. |

Yeah, you can walk out. They will pay you for the hours worked, but don't expect a good reference.
The least you can do is call and tell them the job wasn't for you. It's the grown up thing to do.

Call and explain...........better yet go in and talk with your supervisor.........it would be the right thing to do..........if you ever want to work in the field again..........I would do it..........these things have a way of following you........... |
