by the way i m a security guard,i called my boss today and he told me there looking for a place to put me but as of right now i have no car and he promised to call me on wensday

Not to be alarmist or anything, but....
I missed a few weeks of work due to a motorcycle crash, and the whole time the HR b*tch was plotting my termination. She fired me a few days after I got back to the office.
Employers care ONLY about making money for themselves...and you must be working to make them money...they DO NOT care about you, your health or your welfare....they will stab you in the back "without notice".
