you don't need a lawyer to file a discrimination claim.
first you need to learn what is and is not discrimination and then learn how to file the claim. this is all done at the same site:

If Texas is an employment at will state then you may be out of luck. If i were you thogh I would contact a legal aid lawyer in your state you can run the incident by them and they can tell you if you may have a case or not all for free. look in the yellow pages. or contact your local government office and ask them for the number to legal aid they should be able to direct you by your zipcode |

Just chalk it up to experience and get another job... you won't find any competant lawyer who will take your case on credit. |

There is usually a discrimination office that you can go to for free... I know a friend that did this and the company gave him $1000 to piss off |
