who here is a security guard and sits and watches for a company beng bored all day long? I sit all day long in a small business and there is not much to do. no rounds.but the pay is very good Im so used to walking aound not just sitting in one place. my legs do hurt afte sitting for 8 hrs a day. any advice.

maybe try some leg workouts so your legs get stronger so its easier to endure these long hours of sitting in one place
