I need answers please?

Me and My husband aren't home in the daytime so my sister maintains my home while im gone. I have a legal matter and she tells me that the secretary from the opposing sides law firm continuously calls my house under an unknown name unknown number. when she tells the woman that I'm not there she begans to question my sister out my whereabouts and when my sister refuses to give her any information she says smart comments and hangs up th phone. this happens everyday several times a day. My sister has recorded some of their conversations. I know that I'm going to lose my case but can I counter claim for harrassent against the law firm. Should I notify my lawyer.

You should definitely notify your attorney. It's actually imperative that you tell him/her everything related to the case.

I would notify my lawyer and you would think you could sue them in our state if someone harasses you like that you can even file a complaint with the phone company my mom did they traced the call and they lost their phone service for using it with malicious intent.

Tell your lawyer. Also, even though it says "unknown name, unknown number" if you dial *57 (which is the code for Call Trace with most phone companies...it should automatically trace the phone number. Then report to authorities for harassment.
