I need help answering person specification questions?

I have these questions on a person spec, I have the experience, but don't know how to put it into words:

1. Experience of making convincing and coherent oral arguments
2. Experience of writing persuasive and compelling written arguments
3. Experience of successfully managing a large client based workload within tight deadlines
4. Computer literate in MS Office and the use of databases
5. Experience of preparing and presenting appeals
6. Experience of putting together comprehensive and compelling evidence
7. Experience of conducting in-depth interviews
8. Knowledge of Immigration and EU Asylum Law and Practice

There are much more questions than this, but I only thought that I would put these.

You would need a fair amount of time for someone to help you answer these in detail. Think carefully about your experiences - personal and at work. Start out in rough perhaps with bullet points. Trying researching your answers on the net - from experience that can be a great help.

You could say that this person is a well organized individual that is both knowledgeable and very persuasive. They posses excellent office skills and they are very capable of expressing themselves whether it is in writing or orally. They work well under pressure and know when time is of the essence. They are well versed in both regional and international law and can communicate with the authorities as the need presents itself and will work within the framework of the courts and governments and are capable of doing so in a professional and timely fashion.
Their abilities to do this enables them to get the facts easily and to work with large groups for the benefit of all. and so on

there are a lot of questions there and it looks as if you may need indepth answers. when they say experience of.. they want examples of when you have had to use the particular skill they are looking for. give a descirption of what you do and how it could help you to meet those skills and requirements.
