hello i recently went to court and got my charges dismissed, last week i applied for kmart store and i got hired, i took the drug test and everthing.

ps i want to know do they do a background check before or after they give you the drug test, would this arrest form another store come up or will it just say i was arrested

pss i pass the drug test

If there was no conviction, then don't worry. Only convictions show up on employer background checks. The only thing that pulls up arrests w/o convictions is the NCIC database, but this is only accessible to those working in law enforcement, not to employers or private investigators.
