Find answers to your legal question.

I started working as a manager. I am in my 3rd week of training and I decided to quit the job.?

The training is paid. My question is If I quit during the training do i have to get paid. I work in Florida, so is it any law for that. Thank you very much

As long as there is no condition in your employment terms and conditions that say that you only get paid for training if you stay on the job for a certain period of time, you should get paid.

YOu went to work for 3 weeks so you should get paid even if all you did was attend training.

I am going to guess no. If you quit, they are not obligated to pay you for training.

Usually training is paid training unless otherwise agreed to by you and the employer. You spent these training hours on the job site or at a facility that they sent you to, correct? If so, then you should be paid.

No they dont have to pay you. It will have cost them far more to train you so far so they will stop it from your pay. xx

There little information here.
But, you should be able to quit. You should get your pay.

Do you have another job lined up?
If not, you should wait until you have other empolyment.

Yes you will get paid. It's against the law for them to not pay you unless you signed a statement/contract that says if you don't follow through with the training, you won't get paid. You WILL. Hope this helps you!
