there was one discrepancy where they couldnt verify the position in the last job i had, but they did verify i worked there for 2 years. it also says when checking my SSN that it was issued a year before i was born. this was because i was born in Honduras and upon arriving to the US they gave me a SSN from Maryland (i have no idea why). it says i passed the integrity check. what does this mean for me?

Some companies send those reports so you can see what came out of it.
If you pass the integrity portion of the check then you pass the background check. |

It means you should be eligible for employment at the place you applied. If you passed the "integrity check" you should be good to get the job. |
