Which would I be more likely just getting out of college and trying to get a job as a lawyer, Going to Berkley college or John Jay college of criminal justice?

You should try going for the best schools to be a lawyer, firms hire based on your prestigious education and grades, not only just your academic capacity, but rather your achievements and awards. Such as Yale for law, but you need an undergrad first.
I HONESTLY suggest you doing an undergrad in completely something else other than LAW or CRIMINAL JUSTICE. Good lawyers are lawyers who have extended knowledge not just in law, because that's all they'll teach you there which is law, so they want a candidate who knows way more than just law itself. For instance, international studies, humanities, east asian studies, history, philosophy (very good choice), political science, commerce, finance, business (very good for being a corporate lawyer).... |

sorry im not in US.....buttttt i know that you definitely need to study a bachelor of Law to become a lawyer....
undergrad is the degree you study when you just come out of high school
