a lawyer when i grow up... im only 13 but i want to prepare myself at an early age what should i start practicing doing to become successful in the field of law??

i do focus on my grades... alot i have strict parents who only like me to come home with all A's)
(i signed up for all advace course(like always) for 8th grade and i am going to be in N.J.H.S(national junior honor society)
i also decided to get more involve with scholl activities and sport so next year im going to be in track and cross country (dont really think that matters for being a lawyer but i LOVE track) ............

me too and i am turning 13 this year oh yea you need to be in lots of volunteer programs get into that thing in high school where you take college courses early and be in lots of clubs and be the president of something and just do a lot of academic things |

do debate, but if i may add, you should focus more on your studies first because no good university would accept you if you don't have good grades |

I'm not an expert or anything, but I'd say get involved with debate or other speaking related things. I'd also keep up good grades if I were you, so you can get into a good collage. ^^ |

Well, the logical first step would be to take any Law courses available when you get to high school. Other than that, you could read up on the practice, but really, that sounds dreadfully boring. |
