I have been on my job for 16 yrs. I am basically bored with it. Plus i have a special needs child that is 7, and i need a more flexible schedule, to be able to take care of my baby girl.I also have another income, that was left to me by my father when he passed away.I need to maintain medical coverage also.I just don't know what type of field, trade, or industry to go into with the economy being the way it is , help, please!!!!

Right now, there are few sure jobs, and you would probably need to train for a career change anyway. Think about what interests you, take some career interest and aptitude tests. Then decide based on what works for your child and what you'd like to spend the next chunk of your life doing.
One thought is that, since your daughter has special needs, you might consider working in a special education or developmental program. You can be an aide with nothing but a high school diploma, and there are roles for people who have a bachelor's degree without regard to what the major was. If you want to go back for training, there are openings even now for special education teachers, and some states will even help you get trained.

There are two things you can do as it would help you to take care of your baby girl. First step you can do is enroll your name in an institution where you can get good hands on experience on Web Designing, Preparing Presentations, Vouchers, Visiting cards, Wedding cards, Logo designs. (This is something you can do it from your home). Another thing you can do is enroll your name in an institution where you can get good hands on experience on Architectural Designing. (Both the jobs I've suggested need creativity. The more you show your creativity, you can earn more by simply sitting in the home)
