if you were in a union then they may be able to help negotiate for you to get your job back...
you were fired with a cause.. so there is no guarantee that you can get your job back... |

Its just a JOB, same thing happened to me alot of years ago! And I found another job, the most important thing is "you sobriety", congrads to ya, 6 monthes is a good start! Keep that part of your life going, and things will improve!! |

only if there is a specific clause in a contract which allows you to return after you complete rehab.
Otherwise, it is entirely up to your former company. You can always ask. |

If you were drinking on the job, then you shouldn't get your job back, and the company is not legally required to do so either. |

I hope not...you need to be responsible for your actions...everyone is more than happy to go to AA when there up to their @ss in hot water. |
