HI, I was just recenlty fired and i was thinking if there was anything i could do to help the situation. I worked night shift with 1 other coworker in security, one morning someone stole a laptop in a backroom were we kept our residents packages and no there no cameras in the back room.The next day i get a call from my supervisor that the property manager wanted everyone working night shift gone.So me and my coworker get fired but there was another who also worked nightshift but she talked him out of firing her. I live in Florida,anything I an do?

i dont think so. there was no proof though so you should have an easy job finding another job. why go back to a place that dont trut you anyway?? |

That really bites, sorry to hear that I hope things work out for you though, I have no ideas on what you might be able to do, it sounds pretty unfair. |

No. You can be fired for suspicion of theft.
It's legal.
You could try talking to your former supervisor, but I think it's best to move on and look for another job. File for unemployment and start the job search. |
